The twentyfourth Zigong International Lantern Festival, sponsored by the people’s Government of Zigong and the Sichuan Provincial Cultural Department, would be held in Zigong Lantern Park in January 28, 2018.
Splendid China Paean would be the theme of the lantern festival, with songs of joy, New Silk Road, Zigong auspicious symbol, flower world, bright light etc plate.
The ancient form, modern technology and contemporary “Chinese elements” run through the performance of light group, showing the nation unity, peace loving, hardworking and brave, unremitting self-improvement of the national spirit of China.
